POWER WISE 36-48 VOLT 20A BATTERY CHARGER 28115 G04 EZ-GO GOLF CART. This is an original charger. Extremely heavy duty this is built to last. 20 Amp charger for rapid charging which will charge a 36V or 48V setup. Auto-shut off just plug in and walk away. How can this item charge both a 36 and 48 volt setup?

It detects the battery load and supplies up to 50V, and shuts off once the amperage gets to a low threshold, and no further charge is accepted by the battery. This is not approved for lithium ion batteries however I used it daily for a 48v lithium ion battery with no issues. One down side is the charger will not initiate a charge on your batterie(s) if they are completely dead and less than roughly 28V.
