For any standard 48-volt golf cart except. Not suitable for golf carts with aftermarket high.

The replacement system enables you to convert your golf cart from lead/acid to lithium power. No Lithium conversion is "plug and play". Don't be mislead by other sellers of Lithium battery conversion products.

Each golf cart make and model requires minor installation variables. Specific instructions to address the variables will be provided. The BMS protects and disables the battery when the voltage drops below 47.5 volts. Should this happen you will not get any warning. And the battery will remain disabled until you plug it into a charger.

Or, to get you home you could boost the battery by connecting to another 48 volt golf cart. Connecting the cables to another golf cart for about 5 minutes will activate the battery and give you enough of a charge to get about 1 mile. Be very careful not to reverse the polarity.

What is included in the package? Club Car, Ezgo or Yamaha charging cable.

Hold down strap, anchor bolt and other mounting hardware. 48V to 12V transformer for your 12-volt accessories. Disconnect switch for seasonal storage. The LiFePO4 48V 75Ah lithium battery has a paved road, flat surface range of approximately 30 miles. The built-in BMS provides over charge protection, over discharge protection, over-heat protection, short circuit protection.

Thanks to the BMS this battery is goof-proof, it. Up to 12 Year Life Expectancy.

The LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery is rated for up to 4000 charge cycles. Detailed installation instructions will be provided. Below are the basic Installation Instructions.

Switch to TOW/RUN to TOW. Take a photo of the battery cables and accessory wires.

Remove battery HOLD DOWN hardware, remove Battery cables. Tape the positive wires together, tape the negative wires together.

If there are any 12-volt accessory wires make sure that the are separated and identified. For EZGO RXV no modifications will be required.

And Yamahas it will be necessary to use a bottom brace (provided). For Club Car Precedent models you will need to modify the center of the battery basket to accommodate the length of the Lithium battery. Drop in and secure the new Lithium battery using the hold-down strap provided. Connect the negative cables to the lithium battery. Connect the positive cables to the lithium battery. If there are 12-volt accessories you will need the 48-volt to 12-volt converter (provided). Switch the TOW/RUN to RUN.
