EZGO TXT 36 Volt HEAVY DUTY Battery Cable Wiring Set. This set fits ALL 36V EZGO TXT body style, w/ SERIES year models 1994 and up with 6 - 6 volt batteries.

This is a full cart set of cables. This battery cable set consists of. (measured center to center of terminals). 1 each - 60 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (motor). 3 each - 48 inch, 4 Gauge Cables (motor).

1 each - 30 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (battery main). 1 each - 24 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (battery main). 1 each - 24 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (ESC). 1 each - 12 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (battery interconnect). 4 each - 7.5 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (battery interconnect).

1 each - 7.25 inch, 4 Gauge Cable (ESC/Solenoid). Heat Shrink added to ends to insulate. All cables labelled to ease installation. All cables crimped and then soldered for un beaten current flow & longevity. Pictures show my crimp and solder form of build, my cables are built like no others. All cables are precisely made from high quality USA made welding cable and tinned ring terminals (slows corrosion). Crimped and soldered ends allow the best current flow and durability. Soldering provides the ultimate cable end termination, an important step skipped by many cable builders. Soldering the terminal to the cable, after the two are crimped tightly, creates a "ferrule" which will not allow the cable to vibrate or pull away from the terminal. This bond also does not allow acid to penetrate between the terminal and cable causing resistance due to corrosion. Excessive resistance at the terminal/battery post junction can cause heat which could possibly destroy the battery post, leading to unnecessary replacement.
